Dr Maria Thomson and her team from Auckland University are the winners of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand award for Organisational Change and Development 2017. In an increasingly competitive environment they are empowering their teams to find new ways of doing things. Their use of visual presentation is helping their departments innovate while encouraging conversations amongst the team and across other teams.
